a special thank you and welcome to all who have joined our cause in the last few months. the shows are growing at an amazing pace and sales of "conviction" continue to grow. i say this at shows a lot, and i really mean every word when i say it. this is what we like to call a grassroots effort, and each and every one of you who have taken the time to spread our music to others are all a part of this thing. i also know that burning cd's is a popular and cultural part of music today and i am not opposed to the wildfire spreading this way, but i do ask that when you pass the cd's around that you ask them to buy one if they like what they hear. with digital downloads and websites like ours it is possible to buy the product and have it instantaneously or delivered to your door in a few short days. i figure, conservatively, that for every record bought there are at least three burned. now, for a major label artist, they may recieve pennies on the dollar for this product, but for those of us who are "independent", it means money in our pockets that we can put into new projects so that you can continue to spread the love. thank you for loving what we do!!!

we start recording a new studio cd this coming monday in nashville with radney foster at the helm. i'm ready to get back in the studio and put down some new tracks. there's no release date set at this time, but i'll keep you posted. we are also about to embark upon recording a new live cd set to release this summer. so many of you have asked for a "live" cd and the stars have lined up and we will record the first of two nights in college stationon march 2nd. the second night is yet to be determined, but the location will be released soon. please keep tuned in for the info. this is gonna be fun.

we are going to mexico... cancun that is. check out the website to sign up for the trip. there are still a few spots available, but they're filling up quick. it's $700.00 all inclusive. your flight, lodging, food and drinks (including libations) are all included. you could spend that on your bar tab!!!!!!! it's gonna be fun in the sun!

there are so many people for us to thank for the last year and the growth that we are experiencing right now. you show us every night that it is possible to get a message out there and that with diligence it can pay off. i love you all!!!!

can you believe it? dusty's already one year old. we celebrated his bday last sunday with friends and family. kelli's doing great and really enjoying being a "stay at home" mom. i feel so blessed! i am so blessed! once again, i thank you all.
